ONYX – EC Single Rail Eddy Current Trolley for Investigating the Rail Surface
- instantaneously deployable on the track, the single rail hand-push trolley ONYX-EC inspects the rails in a modern way thanks to Eddy current technologies
- Designed for surface breaking defect detection, the ONYX-EC allows accurate and continuous inspection regardless of the trolley position. This is done by means of a single dual-coil probe following the shape of the rail and by a floating wheel mechanism
- Lightweight and equipped with a screen readable even with high daylight brightness, the data can easily be read on its on-board computer or on a PC. Measurements can be replayed for offline analysis
